Postpartum Doula Support Package

This package is available as an add-on current birth doula clients

Why say goodbye after your baby’s arrival if we don’t have to? My postpartum doula support package is designed to help you settle into parenthood with a little more confidence and a lot more support. As a postpartum doula I provide encouragement, education, support, and resources to help you navigate the early weeks of your baby’s life.

 
 

the package includes

  • Four Visits

  • Each visit is 4 hours

  • To be used in the first 6 weeks postpartum

 
 

During a visit I can…

  • Offer emotional support and encouragement (for you and your partner)

  • Help you find other resources you may need (nutrition, lactation, counseling, physical therapy, etc.)

  • Answer questions about normal infant sleep and feeding

  • Light house work- can include: laundry, dishes, tidying, meal prep, making snacks, watering plants

  • Spend time with your baby while you shower, nap, stretch, have time as a couple, etc

  • Create a plan for the days before I see you again

$650
